Origin
To craft Infiniment Fruité we brought the alluring raspberry flavour into a base blend of South American Arabicas. Lightly roasted, the coffees are already alive with their own aromatics—mellow, malted cereal notes.
Roasting
Split roast, the Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
Aromatic Profile
The delicate added flavour of raspberry combined with the cereal note of the base coffee creates a harmonious cup profile, with juicy and smooth raspberry notes that come though very clearly.
