We blended this flavour into our smooth, cereal-noted South American Arabicas, entreating the festive feel of roasted hazelnuts to warm the coffee blend. Lightly roasted, these South American Arabicas are themselves incredibly aromatic.
Roasting
Split roast, the Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
Aromatic Profile
The hazelnut added flavour combines deliciously with the cereal coffee base to surprise with biscuity, vanilla and nutty notes reminiscent of hazelnut and almond.
