We have carefully studied the different aspects of the interaction between coffee and milk to create this blend, taking inspiration from the baristas of Melbourne. They are masters of robust, yet exquisitely balanced flavors - their roasting and blending imparts an aromatic power that is the yin to the yang of milk. We orchestrated this ideal marriage by meticulously roasting selected Colombian and Ethiopian Arabicas.

How many different blends of coffee origins are there? Countless. But not all coffees go well with milk. So we couldn't leave the ideal blend of coffee and milk to chance. From all the origins we tried around the world, we selected some of the best Colombian and Ethiopian Arabicas for Scuro.
