A UNIQUE BLEND REMINISCENT OF THE AROMA PROFILE OF TRADITIONAL SWEDISH COFFEE
In the days of sailing ships on long voyages to Sweden, Indian coffees were infused with the scent of sea breezes, giving them a salty, malty touch, but also a character that appealed to Swedish palates and hearts over time. We wanted to pay tribute to this chapter in history and recapture that distinct and powerful taste by storing Arabica beans on the southwest coast of India and allowing the monsoon winds to change their structure. Colombian Arabicas, grown at high altitudes, add a touch of sweetness to this rich and seductive blend.

Stockholm Fortissio is an all-Arabica blend of Indian and Colombian beans which gives it a smooth taste with remarkable intensity of a pure Arabica.
Roasting
The Monsooned Arabica gets a darker roast to enhance its body and cereal notes. A lighter roast of the washed Colombian coffee allows for all the classic finer aromatics to stay in the balance of the cup.
