Lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabicas and Asian Robustas give this smooth, well-balanced coffee notes of roasted grain and cocoa, as well as a touch of acidity and bitterness. The milk-based recipes reveal all of LEGGERO's malty and caramelized voluptuousness while allowing the generous aromas of this espresso to express themselves.
Roasting
We lightly roast the Arabica and Robusta coffees in LEGGERO Nespresso capsules. This preserves the acidity of the Colombian coffee and reveals the delicate notes of roasted cereals and cocoa of the other varieties. All this in a perfectly balanced blend.
Aromatic Profile
LEGGERO has a velvety texture in the mouth and reveals generous silky notes of cereals and cocoa. The slight hint of acidity in this Nespresso espresso is mitigated by the bitterness present in the blend of coffees.
