Origin
This coffee contains mainly Brazilian and Costa Rican Arabicas. It is characterized by malty notes from the washed Brazilian Arabicas, while the washed Costa Rican Arabicas bring notes of red fruit jam and a slight acidity.
Roasting
A medium and short roast brings out the best of each coffee in this blend of Arabicas. The roasting process highlights the malty notes of the Brazilian coffee, as well as the bouquet of red fruits of the Costa Rican coffee at the heart of an intensely balanced blend.
