Origin
Finding the balance between coffee and milk is never a coincidence, which is why our dedicated team of coffee experts from multiple departments worked for years to craft these delicious coffee blends. and milk. It all starts with the grains. The different origins of coffee have unique aromatic profiles and tastes.
Roasting
This coffee is subjected to the technique of separate roasting. The first part of the blend is roasted for a long and intense time, while the second part is roasted a little faster at a slightly lower degree. In cup, the result is a relatively dark coffee with an intense, heavily roasted character, which is rather rare for a blend of coffees from Kenya and Colombia. It goes very well with the sweetness of milk.
Aromatic Profile
Bianco Forte is an intense, heavily roasted and dense coffee. Rich in cereal notes, it loses none of its power when you consume it with a little milk.
