Origin
For this blend we use natural Arabicas from Brazil in combination with fully washed Arabicas from Mexico and other Latin American origin. A touch of fine-Robusta from Uganda finishes the mixture.
Roasting
This split roast contains only Arabicas in the first batch for a light, short roast, while the second batch is a combination of Arabica and a touch of Robusta for a slightly longer roast and darker for roundness.

Notes of caramel and biscuit, combined with the distinct taste of ginseng and its subtle earthy notes.
