a blend of Arabicas from East Africa. These first-rate coffees, which reveal an exceptional aromatic profile in cup, both generous and unctuous, are an opportunity to start the day full of energy or to relax at the end of the afternoon. A few floral notes, a characteristic of Ethiopian coffees, accentuate the comforting toasted cereal notes. We've blended two naturally cured and washed Ethiopian Arabicas for a richly complex in-cup result.
Roasting
The separate roasting of the beans allows Fortado to express all its intensity and power, without harshness. The moderate and prolonged roasting of the Robusta from India develops the intensity while the Arabicas, with their dark and prolonged roasting, reveal the aromatic notes of cocoa and oak wood.
Aromatic Profile
A juicy coffee with delicate notes of cereals and flowers. Prepare your coffee using the Reverso recipe, Inizio will be creamier. Both less acidic and sweeter, it loses none of its creamy texture, nor its cereal and floral notes.
