Origin
The sweetness of this coffee and its aromatic notes of cereals are revealed thanks to the mixture of washed Colombian Arabicas and unwashed Guatemalan Robusta. The latter accentuates the intensity and the aromatic notes of cereals characteristic of this coffee.
Roasting
The beans are separated to be roasted. The moderate and prolonged roasting of Colombian Arabicas brings the roundness and aromatic notes of cereals. The dark and prolonged roasting of Robusta from Guatemala – added in small quantities – reinforces the intensity of the coffee.
Aromatic Profile
A very high temperature and a medium flow bring out the aromatic notes of cereals and the intensity of Arondio.
