CRADLED IN THE SUN
In the Ethiopian South West a demanding ancestral know-how is perpetuated. For a month, the coffee cherries dry in full sun and in the open air with their mucilage (sweet vegetable substance) and are turned over by hand very regularly. A meticulous and long-term work that produces a naturally sweet and flowery Arabica.

Aromatic Profile
Floral & Delicate
Origin
With its heady floral aromatic notes and light aromatic notes of musk, this is one of the most sumptuous representatives of East African Arabicas. ETHIOPIA contains dry-processed Arabicas, some of the cherries in this coffee are sun-dried for 4 weeks and turned regularly by hand to ensure even drying. Ethiopian coffee farmers were the first to adopt this method, which requires extreme care.
Roasting
ETHIOPIA benefits from a double roasting. The first, light and short, preserves the most delicate aromatic notes, while the second, more pronounced, develops more wild and intense aromas.
Aromatic Profile
ETHIOPIA is a naturally flowery coffee that reveals complex and fruity aromatic notes thanks to its particular drying method, including aromatic notes of ripe blueberry and a hint of musk.
