THE PROFILE OF COFFEE ORIGINATED IN THE GREAT TRADING CITY OF GENOA
Among all the treasures that the sailors brought back from their expeditions to Latin America, we find coffee. The roasters developed a light roasting process that allows the coffee to retain all its sweet flavors and complements it with classic caramelized notes. We wanted to pay tribute to their know-how by adopting a soft roasting profile.

Origin
A blend of Arabicas with complex flavors. We took as a base a Brazilian Arabica, a soft and malleable coffee. We blended renowned South and Central American Arabicas, grown at high altitudes, which develop pleasant fruity and malty profiles when roasted.
Roasting
Coffee is roasted lighter in the north of the country. That's why we did the same for Ispirazione Genova Livanto, which is lighter than the coffee you'll find in the south, but still dark enough to develop notes of caramel and toasted cereals.
Aromatic Profile
Ispirazione Genova Livanto is a soft, round coffee with delicate aromas. Its light roasting allows it to develop its density and sweetness while preserving its more refined aromas. You will notice a scent of roasted cereals and a caramelized touch.
