When Altissio enters, you will notice him. South American Arabicas and a touch of Brazilian Robusta give it that bold, full-bodied espresso taste. We have balanced these coffees with an Arabica from Costa Rica which adds its sweet cereal note. These Arabica and Robusta coffees get an intense, short roast to bring out that full-bodied character. In regal robes, Altissio is a Vertuo espresso coffee covered in a thick, velvety crema - full of roasted notes and a sweet, creamy cereal note.

This espresso owes its intensity to the presence of South American coffees. Its full-bodied character is tempered by beans from Costa Rica which bring sweet aromatic notes of cereals.

To obtain this strong, very balanced and creamy coffee, the pre-wetting time must be short, the flow slow and the extraction temperature high.
