Head to Vietnam and India for IL CAFFÈ, with a selection of two washed Robustas, both daring and generous. Then we stop in Colombia, with an Arabica that brings a welcome touch of acidity to the initial blend. IL CAFFÈ: closer to the classic Italian espresso.

Roasting

An intense but brief roasting gives these Robustas intensity and audacity as well as a welcome length in the mouth. The slightly lighter and longer roasting of Colombian Arabica preserves its touch of acidity and delicate nutty note.
