Diavolitto is an original blend of Robusta from Central and South America, and Arabica from Brazil. The result is a surprisingly powerful Espresso whose intensity is counterbalanced by the fine and creamy texture provided by the washed Robusta and Arabica.
Roasting
Diavolitto is a blend resulting from a strong roasting that seduces with its bitterness and its flavors that are both full-bodied and generous. The separate roasting of the beans reveals the aromatic characteristics of each of the origins and makes it possible to obtain a powerful and intense Espresso, without harshness.
Aromatic Profile
The long pre-wetting phase of Diavolitto enhances the extraction of the intensely roasted Robusta in this blend. A slow flow and a high extraction temperature balance the power and intensity of this Espresso with a creamy texture.
